The On Line Registration will be closed on 15 February 2019
It’s Easy as 1-2-3 Steps
STEP 1 – LOGIN OR CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Visit https://geoconvex.net. Login directly if you already have an account, Signup to create an account for the start-up Applicant.
STEP 2 – EVENT(S) REGISTRATION
A. On “Events” menu, select available event (e.g. 14th Annual Meeting of APSCVIR).
B. Select the Event Registration by Category and its descriptions. Click “Details”. You may register more than one Participants for the same item.
In the case that the Applicant is not the Participant himself, the Applicant can submit more than one Participant to be registered.
The name of Participant(s) & Tittle should be proper for Certificate printing purpose
C. Complete the required fields, click “Add to Cart” to settle your mentioned registration(s).
D. You may choose another Category on the same Event, and repeat step B.
E. Click “View Cart” to review your registration(s) made. Click “Proceed to Checkout”
The Applicant will receive the Invoice in his/her nominated email address
F. The Applicant must complete the required fields in Billing Details. Choose your Payment Method and click “Proceed Payment” after you remark the Term & Condition.
Note: On My Account, the Applicant could view his/her “Registration” for the registration(s) & accommodation submission made and its status at any times
For the online payment (Credit Cards), you have to further complete the payment form with your credit card detail. The notification of your transaction made will be sent to Applicant nominated email address accordingly
For the offline payment (Bank Transfer), on the Check Out page you will find your Registration Number, Registration(s) detail and our Event Bank(s) information. Please refer your payment & registration number to our appropriate Bank Account for the mentioned Event.
STEP 3 – PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
[This Step is only applied for Bank Transfer payment method]
– Login to your account then select ‘Confirmation’ section in My Account.
– Complete all required fields and attach your payment proof (photo or jpg files) and submit.
The Applicant will receive Receipt when the payment completed to the mentioned Event Bank Account
Please note that the verification process of your bank transfer may take up to 7 (seven) working days before you get the “Complete” status.
The “Event Ticket” for each of your participation will be sent to Applicant’s email address:, when the payment completed. You may print or simply save the PDF in your smartphone for the Re-Registration purpose during Event.
REGISTRANT NAME CHANGE
Whether you need to change the name of Participant/Attendee, the Applicant must contact Secretariat for further assistant to void and re-issue the Event Ticket
REGISTRATION TICKET FOR RE-REGISTRATION
– The Event Ticket should be brought to the Registration Counters during event as Registrant foreseen as well as obtaining your conference materials and bracelet.
– Your bracelet is essentially applied as your identification to join the event and must be worn entering all scientific sessions, lunch/break programmed during Event and certification.
For company or institution who would like to make Group Registration and Accommodation Bookings may communicate directly to our registration department at firstname.lastname@example.org for further collective group handling and assistant.
ON SITE REGISTRATION
Participants that were not registered in our registration list will be treated as New Participant and will have to register on-site, for which the payment by Cash or Credit Card are accepted.
Please be advised that Organizing Committee reserve the right to NOT GUARANTEE any on-site registrant will obtain its complete Symposium Kits. Therefore we strongly encourage to make an urge early Registration.

The Re-Registration will be handed out to the participants from registration counters during the opening hours at:
07.00 – 12.00 during the event dates.
Adhering to BANK INDONESIA REGULATION NO.173/PBI/2015 Regarding Mandatory Use of Rupiah within The Unified State of Republic of Indonesia, all payments in this event registration should be made in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). For overseas or International participants can pay with your valid credit-cards while the currency will be converted by your card’s provider accordingly.
Make your payment transfer to the appropriate event Bank Account for the mentioned Event. The Bank Account detail may be found in the Checkout page. Bank transfer charges should be paid by registrant, otherwise the registration receipt or name badge will not be issued due to less payment received.
ONLINE PAYMENT MIDTRANS®.
Find the easier way to make online registration payment using your valid Credit or Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/Amex).
Cash can be paid prior the Event to the Secretariat Address or at the Registration Counters (On-Site line) during Event.
On Site payment is only valid for conference registrations and not eligible for Workshops and Accommodations due to limited seats/rooms.
ONSITE CREDIT CARD
Onsite Payment by Credit Card with EDC Machine will only be provided at the venue hotel by signing your authorization. Credit Card transaction charges will be applied based on venue hotel’s regulation and the exchange rates is upon Credit Card provider discretion when the statement converted into local currency.
DEFINITION & TERMS OF YOUR REGISTRATION STATUS:
PENDING PAYMENT – Registration/order received, waiting or verifying payment
PROCESSING or ON-HOLD – Registration received, waiting payment – you need to confirm payment
COMPLETED – Registration/order complete and fulfilled – no further action required
FAILED – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as pending until verified (e.g: online/credit-card payment)
